When you sign up, you'll complete a runner profile covering your distance focus, goals, and training history. We use this to match you with Ian (speed/track specialist) or Barry (endurance/marathon). You can also request a specific coach.
Yes. If your goals change — say you move from 5K focus to marathon training — we can transfer you to the appropriate coach at any monthly renewal. Just let us know.
Absolutely. Many runners start with Basic or Bronze and step up as their goals develop. Change plans at any monthly renewal — no penalties.
Yes. All Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans are available online worldwide. Face-to-face elements of the Gold plan require proximity to the coaches — contact us for location details.
